Home Staging Is about Getting Your Property Sold

It is a proven fact that a staged home sells faster. Our vast inventory and ability to order new furnishings to fit your home enables us to highlight the individuality of your home; setting it apart from the rest of the market. We can stage one room, or up to the entire house. We'll work with your timeline in mind so your home can get on the market faster. If you are a realtor, staging can enable you to compete better against new model homes. Offer prospective buyers a warm greeting and a dynamic space and they'll feel an immediate connection vs a cold impression.

Camino Real, Palm Springs

We created unique seating areas in this large open layout; by breaking up the cavernous living area that buyers would typically have a hard time envisioning furniture arrangements. We kept the furniture lines clean and inviting without over accessorizing and distracting the eye from the architectural details.

We seperated the two living spaces by anchoring two unique curved accent chairs in the den for an inviting conversation area. We also wanted to add a pop of color in this space by bringing the outdoor landscape and color palette indoors for a relaxing conversation room.

Driftwood Avenue Living Room

For this house, we chose to mix mid-century items like this Hans Wegner sofa with two brand new chairs that have the vintage look. This house sold in a matter of hours and the new buyers purchase many of the items.

Arenas Master Bedroom

We used a low platform bed with a linen upholstered headboard, Hotel Collection chocolate sheets, chocolate leather framed floor mirror, and a pair of chocolate slipper chairs.

Kitchen Breakfest Area

This was a very small breakfast area. We used a glass top table with light cream colored leather chairs. The fourth chair is used at the built-in desk; saving on space. Notice how well the flat screen TV fits within the cabinet.

Palermo, Master Bedroom

This room turned out great! It lacked character, so we added a pale blue wall, lampshades and accent pillows. Glass top end tables and a glass insert in the headboard add to the airy feeling in the space. The lamps are real silver plate with blue shades. Below is the Living Room for this model.

Palermo Guest Bedroom

This was a tiny room to work in, so notice the low elevated platform bed and headboard, accompanied with light and airy side tables with glass surfaces. We chose a light color palette for this space.

Palermo, Livingroom

We added the terra cotta painted wall to add dimension to this long and narrow space. This helps unify the space. Asian inspired furnishings add a touch of character. The cream shag carpet adds texture and helps soften the room. Below is the Master Bedroom.
