Our Story

We have been in the furniture and interior design business for 25 years and have been staging homes since 2003. We originally started working with developers in the Palm Springs area, mostly designing model homes for developers. All of the model homes were treated as a design project, choosing every single item specifically for the home we were staging. Every object and piece of furniture was selected based on what complimented the architectural style, while taking into account the layout, scale and color scheme.

In 2008, the housing crisis created new opportunities for us; home sellers. In 2008 the housing crisis flooded the real estate market, meaning each property had to stand out among the rest to sell. We still treat each property as an interior design job, just like the model homes we were staging. After all, why not stage every home for sale like a model home?

Everything is still custom ordered for each project, exept for certain properties with time constraints, when we will still try to accommodate using current inventory and quickly available inventory. Since we also own and operate our furniture store in Cathedral City, we have access to tens of thousands of items through our vendors, so we can provide the best furniture available for your needs and get it for wholesale prices.

The retail store also allows us the freedom to sell what we don't use in staging. This enables us to provide perfectly tailored stagings for every client, and not just recycle furniture that has been sitting in a warehouse, unlike other staging companies.

In 2023, as more and more people look online to preview property, it is increasingly more important for a property to stand out among endless other listings. This is especially true for properties with difficult layouts, small rooms, large rooms and any areas that someone would struggle to imagine what might look good.

We allow prospective buyers to view the property as a home they can imagine living in. More importantly, we make it a home people want to live in. And when people want to live there, they buy the property.
